Presentation Forge generates complete, professionally designed slide decks from a text prompt or content outline. It handles structure, design layout, typography, data visualization, and image selection — producing presentation-ready slides in minutes rather than hours.
Describe what the presentation is about, who it's for, and what it should accomplish. "A 10-slide pitch deck for a SaaS startup targeting HR departments. Covers the problem, our solution, market size, business model, and team. Professional, modern design." This brief gives the AI enough to generate a structured, relevant deck.
Specify how many slides you need (typically 8–15 for business presentations). Choose a visual theme — Minimal, Modern, Bold, Data-Heavy, or upload your brand colors for a custom theme.
The generated deck appears in the editor. Each slide is fully editable — click to change text, swap images, reorder slides, or change layout. Charts and data visualizations are editable directly.
Export as PDF for sharing, PPTX for further editing in PowerPoint or Keynote, or PNG/JPG for individual slides you want to use as images.
Each slide can use a different layout. Available layouts: title slide, title + body, two-column, image left/right, full-bleed image, data/stats, timeline, team grid, and quote. Change layouts from the slide properties panel.
AI-selected images can be replaced with your own. Click any image on a slide to open the image picker. You can upload your own files or generate a replacement image using the Image Generation integration directly within Presentation Forge.
Edit chart data by clicking any chart. A spreadsheet-style editor appears where you can input your actual numbers. Chart types include bar, line, pie, donut, and comparison charts.
Use Presentation Forge for structure and design, but always review the AI-generated content for accuracy. The AI writes plausible-sounding business content but cannot verify facts, statistics, or specific claims. All data should be verified and replaced with your actual numbers before presenting to any audience.
